I write this book? I wrote this book because I wanted to create a way for children to have a conversation about their experience with hearing loss. I also wanted people with normal hearing to have a way to ask questions about the experience of hearing loss for people they know. 2. Who is this book for This book is for anyone with an interest in the experience of hearing loss for children. It is also for anyone who has a hearing loss especially children who feel alone with their experiences with hearing loss. 3. How can this book help families? Schools? Individuals? This book is intended to help people with their adjustment to hearing loss. Adjustment to hearing loss is not just for people who have hearing loss. It is also for people who have relationships with people who have hearing loss. All the scenes in this illustrated book are about opportunities for learning skills of self care, communication repair, and how to educate others about communication access. 4.
