We would love for the children to contribute artwork to be displayed for all to see at the Convention. Children can participate whether they use a cochlear implant or their sister or brother has one. The theme this year is "Things I Like to Do with Friends." Let the child come up with what she or he likes to do. Joyce and Vic Silvestri will coordinate this Art Festival.

Use any 8 1/2" by 11" sheet of drawing paper, leaving a 1 to 2" margin all around for a border. Write the child's name, address and age on the front or back. If the child wants to write out or tell the story of the picture with the parent writing it down, attach the story at the bottom. Make the poster at home and bring it to the Ice Cream Social. There will be materials at the social for children who want to do it then. Each child will receive a certificate of participation and the posters will be prominently displayed.
